Suggest Remedy For Migraines

I'm a 24 year old that often gets migraines and have taken a full dose of Excedrin Migraine over an hour ago and my headache has yet to lessen. I was wondering if I could take another half or quarter of a dose to help what I have already taken or should I just wait out the headache? Thank you.
