Suggest Remedy For Mild Anal Fissure

I am suffering from a anal fissure. I have had this before about 7 years ago. I received a botox injection that has worked great. I just seem to get another one this week after all this time. I controlled my fissure with diet & stool softners over the years. This is not to bad let ( no blood as of yet - just some discomfort ) I have been told to use emuaid cream by a friend it really helped him clear his up. What are your thoughts on emuaid cream ? Any other product suggestions
