Suggest Remedy For Mild Cramps And Vaginal Bleeding

Hello, i left a tampon in for several weeks by mistake. it was removed 4 days ago and the foul smelling discharge stopped and everything seemed fine for 2 days. then last night i started bleeding slightly and have mild cramps that feel like menstral cramps. I dont have a fever or any rash and do not feel sick. What do you think of this situation?
