Suggest Remedy For Mild Pain From Neck To Shoulder

i have mild pain starting from my neck and spread to left shoulder and it is for last several years know, I think it start with a neck jerk in my 30s which i keep ignoring but know some time it make me rest less, please advice to whom I should consult and what it could be
