Suggest Remedy For Missed Cardiac Activity Of Fetus As Shown In Scan

I was suffering from pcos and was put on birth control pills for its treatment but got pregnant in the very first month of the course because of missing a pill.now m 6 weeks pregnant and my tvs scan shows no cardiac activity of feutus.what can i do now plz help
