Suggest Remedy For Missed Periods,brown Discharge And Falling Sick A Lot

i dont know whats wrong with me, i have been feeling sick alot lately, i have missed my period, and i have this brown sort of like discharge and I am rather worried about it. Can you offer me any suggestions as to what this may be please? and what should i do? thanks.
