Suggest Remedy For Missed Periods,spotting And Pain In Lower Back

Hi!
I am 29 years old female. Recently I find that my periods missed accompanied by spotting. I am not prepared for pregnancy and is very uncomfortable with pain in lower back area. Also I am suffering from leukorrea from last 4-5 days accompanied by white viscous liquid. Please help
