Suggest Remedy For Misshaped Penis Post Being Hit On Penis

Hello i have been hit on the penis with a belt by mistake, dont ask why. When it got hit penis fat was displaced into a concentrated area so its mishaped. Anyway it is now fatter and wider at the top and gets skinny at a certain point near the middle. The fat part still gets hard as it did before the accident but the part that is skinny (where the fat was displaced from) only gets like 80% hard. Please tell me how to get it back to its original shape because i really am concerned.
