Suggest Remedy For Mood Swings After Being On Stents Post Heart Attack

I had a massive heart attack last Monday and had two stents put in. I feel terrible with all the medication. What can I do to feel better? I have an incision in my groin. Can I take a bath this soon? I am very sad and cry a lot. I am a 65 yr old female and until the M I worked full time.
