Suggest Remedy For Multiple Ailments

I have had cold/flu symptoms but I feel increasingly dizzy and my mind feels confused/''foggy''. My vision also doesnt seem as sharp, and has been blurry at times - like ive just woken up and cant focus. I also feel very very week and felt like passing out after walking down the street or standing for just a few mins. I also have no appetite and feel nauseaous at times . My other symptoms (cough, runny nose etc) have cleared up but these and my temparature have not. Is this normal with flu?
