Suggest Remedy For Multiple Maggots On Burn Injury

my uncle have an burn injury , today i found lots of maggots in the injury.i use beta dine lotion & Dettol ,use a forecap for cleaning but maggost are still there ,we are going delhi for treatment monday.now what should i doing for removing the maggots ?
