Suggest Remedy For Multiple Ovarian Cysts

I have a 1.6x 1.4 X2 cm cysts and 0.9 x 0.8 x1.5cm.in one ovary and several small cysts in the other ovary. I am looking to have these removed with a traditional hysterectomy . I am 58 years old. My sister who is 65 years old was tested for the Braca II gene. She also had a complete mastectomy at age 59. Question: Is it advisable to have these removed.
