Suggest Remedy For Muscle Spasms And Cough

Hi doctors,
I am praying that my mom is ok.. her doctor gave her a prescription for Tamiflu on yesterday that she has been taking. She told me today that she had been coughing so she took some Robitusson Cough Syrup. Now, she is having major muscle spams in her upper right leg. What should I do? Can she take anything for pain?? Please advise...
