Suggest Remedy For Nausea And Heartburn After Taking Cortisone Injections

I received 2 cortisone injections in left arm and hip today. Also had medication that starts with a T (not sure if it was topomax or something that sounds like it), injected into vein in left arm. This is the second time I received these treatments and the second time I m suffering with horrible nausea and unbearable heartburn. I was recently diagnosed with SLE 6 months ago. My liver levels are high (cant remember which ones) and my BP today is 143/84. Is this normal or an allergic reaction?
