Suggest Remedy For Nausea And Purple Bump On Forehead

I banged my head last Thursday night, top right at the hairline. Still hang a large bump but woke up Sunday with a slight purple eye. Looked like I did make up badly on one eye. It has now progressed into full right eye, very purple, lid half closed, area I hit is green. I have had a bit of nausea but otherwise feel fine. My half closed eye makes me a bit tired and harder to read but otherwise fine. Do I need to worry and how long for this the color to be normal?
