Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Diarrhea And Fever

I was fine until last night when I started feeling nauseated around 5ish. Then I threw up and had diarrhea all night with a horrible headache. No fever and not hungry. I put a Capsasin patch on my shoulder so I m wondering if im having an allergic reaction or if there s something going around.
