Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Dizziness And Chest Pain With Tingling In Hands

I am a 40 yr female. Good health and good weight. I have been having feeling of sl. Chest pain on my left side along with a tingling feeling in my left arm. I have been nauseous, dizzy lightheaded and Saturday I saw black spots. I am on adderal. Could this be what is making me feel this way
