Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Shock Like Feeling In Stomach With Diarrhea

hello Dr. Andrew recently i had food poisoning maybe 3 days ago and i had diarrhea like 8 times for couple days, i started developing this shock feeling like electricity in my stomach, i feel nausea early in the morning and sharp pain in the upper middle part of the stomach. what should i do, for your information i am not taking any medications. thanks for your help i appreciate it.
