Suggest Remedy For Neck Pain From Disc Bulging And Arthritis

\I have had arthritis in my neck and suffered pain all together about 15 years. I also had a wreck and broke a couple bones in my neck too. I was getting injections that were not helping and even got a surgery on my neck and they found i had bulging disks, arthritis, pinched spinal cord, etc. 'It has been a year in July when I had the surgery and pain is about unbearable. I really am scared of getting addicted to pain meds and was wondering what else can i do/try before actually going on narcotics?
