Suggest Remedy For Neck Stiffness And Body Pains

I am a 50 year old diabetic with 4 stents in my heart. I just got back from a 5 day vacation in New Mexico. I am exhausted and can not seem to get enough sleep; literally! My neck is stiff, painful and won t turn and my whole body aches.......to the point where walking is painful.
