Suggest Remedy For Nerve Damage When Suffering From Bells Palsy

Last year I had a severe case of bell s palsy, which lasted about a year, and it did quite a bit of nerve damage in the process. I actually had it 17 years ago on the other side of my face, and last year after suffering from a sinus infection, I had another onset of it. Yesterday I was given a prescription nose spray for allergies, and today when I used it, my face started twitching. I am too scared to continue using it, do you have any suggestions?
