Suggest Remedy For Nerve Pain In Hematoma

i have had a huge hemotoma on my left butt cheek from a fallin february 2009. It started out the size of most of my butt cheek(pretty big;)) now its a little bigger than a softball. I occasionally get what feels like nerve pain in the hematoma. Should I be concerned, and if not when will this thing go away?
