Suggest Remedy For Night Sweats And Weight Gain Despite Being On Alvogen Patches

Hi Dr. Rynne. I entered into surgical menopause when I was 31 years old due to a complete hysterectomy. I am now 49 years old currently using the Mylan transdermal estradiol 0.1 MG patch; a recent increase from the Alvogen 0.06 mg patch. The night sweats, weight gain and mood swings are the worst ever. Can I double up on the patches?
