Suggest Remedy For Nocturnal Emission

i am suffring nocturnal emission from last ten years.it heppened almost every night some times two or three time in a night.i am

28 years old.i feel like 80 years old.after ejaculation i feel pain in every

joint in my body.i have become so weak.i have taken millions of medicines to stop it but i got no benifit.please help me sir i am dying.

there is any in this world to stop it.please do some thing for me.these

noctornal emissions making me absolutely so weak even i feel difficulty

in standing and waking.
