Suggest Remedy For Nose Bleed While Sleeping

hi sir, my nose started bleeding while i was sleeping yesterday.after 2-3 mins of span it stopped. yesterday i had fish and alcohol too.i daily drink at night.may be drinking daily a quarter of full may be the reason..however even today when i was sleeping it started bleeding again..back to back bleeding last 2 days.please do let me know the reason and remedies..i will be thankfull sir. regards jasveer singh ,age 48,weight 78,height,5.8 feet
