Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Pain With Bruise In Knee Post Injury

I hit the inside of my left knee in a sking fall 11 days ago. It swelled up and I lost feeling in the area. The bruise travelled around and down my leg. I treated it using rest ice and elevation but could not use compression as had nothing big enough. The inside of my knee is still swollen with no feeling and is a dirty colour as though there is still a deep bruise. I can walk on this leg but bending my knee is restricted. What should I do next.
