Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Tingling In Hands

I have a history of endometriosis and approx 5 years ago I had a partial hysterectomy and a bladder sling. Since that time, I have been experiencing numbness, tingling in my hands as well as inflammation. I am completely exhausted and it has reached a point that I do not feel like doing anything but napping during the day. However, the naps do not help. I felt a dull ache and a presence of something in my left side and i was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst. I had my ovaries removed due to fear of ovarian cancer but now the presence of something is back. I feel short of breath, exhausted, and have several GI symptoms as well. I have been to neurologists, rheumatologists, pulmonologists (due to asthma?), and numerous internal med doctors but noone can help me. My mind is so foggy and I cant remember anything. I have had an elevated ESR in the past but nothing significant in my blood work that I am aware of. I am quick to anger and I am irritable all the time no matter how much rest I get.
