Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Tingling In Limbs

I have been experiencing numbness/tingling in my limbs for the past month. It was just my right arm for a few weeks and would come and go. For the past few days the numbness has not subsided and now is in my right arm, left arm and right leg. The numbness gets worse when my limbs are bent at a right angle or i am laying down.
