Suggest Remedy For Numbness On Fingers And Wrist

I had surgery 3days ago. The nurse tried to insert the iv in my left hand in 2 locations. The anaesthesiologist ended up inserting it in my right hand. Since then on my right hand baby finger, thumb, and index finger, down the side to my wrist goes numb. My left thumb and index finger is also numb. Is this a concern?
