Suggest Remedy For Obesity And Irregular Menstruation

Hi, i am 23 years old and i am obess. I am having a delayed period problem since lst 6 mnths. Everytime after 15 days of my due date, whenevr my periods got late i would take regestrone 5mg and get them aft completion of course. My last period was due on 1/1/2015. However this time i thought to wait for the periods to come naturally. But i havnt got them yet. Should i take regestrone 5mg again? Is it risky to have these tabs every month to make periods regular?
