Suggest Remedy For Occasional Anxiety Attacks

I have taken wellbutrin for many years.good for me.occasional anxiety problems. O.k. with that.once or twice a year need an anti anxiety med. Been prescribed buspar for long term.didn t work well. Don t want long term anyway.what is recommended for short term anxiety?
