Suggest Remedy For One Sided Headache Indigestion Issues

Hi I usually get one sided headache with this i usually see indigestion & finally i end up with vomiting.. I thin i have migraine... but i never consulted any doctor for the same..I also usually see that if o go out in hot sunny days... i endup with onesided headache.So could you please let me know how can i handle these headaches..
