Suggest Remedy For Open Areas In The Lower Intergluteal Cleft

Open areas at lower intergluteal cleft. There are 3 all the same size and shape. The center is visible as the white area under the skin shows there is a pinkish-red diameter to each and then my skin circumference around the area. They are sore. I sit a lot. I take extremely hot showers, always have. First there was one, now I've noticed 2 more and there also seems to be an extremely thin cut at the bottom of my gluteal cleft right above the anus. Please advise.
