Suggest Remedy For Opened Incision Post Removal Of Pilonidal Cyst

I had surgery to remove my pilonidal cyst (primary closure method) almost 6 months ago. About one month after my surgery my incision opened at the bottom. My surgeon has been cauterizing it for months it still has not healed. Currently I have been going to a wound care center where they cauterize it still. It still has not healed? When will the wound heal nothing seems to be working it is very frustrating and painful.
