Suggest Remedy For Ovarian Cysts

I live in the Dominican Republic. I am 45 and had an ovarian cyst removed last February. I now have another measuring 7.9cm on the same ovary. It also has a hard mass in it. The doctors want to remove both ovaries. My family has a history of breeast cancer with both my mother and sister having it. Is it wise to remove both ovaries
