Suggest Remedy For Over Secretion Of Saliva And Vomiting

I have way to much saliva in my mouth, ive also been sick 3 times in the past 24 hours. I keep drinking water to stay hydrated but the spit doesn t stop. I feel like I ve got a lump at the back of my throat but I read up on my symptoms and apparently it s an imaginary lump causing my throat muscles to tense up causing more pain, meaning I can t eat and barely drink. Is there anything I can do?
