Suggest Remedy For Pain After Damaged Nerve

I have had 2back operations and left me with nerve damage. have had a stimulator put in my back and did not work so I hadt removed. have had lods and lods of injections in my spine and my sacroiliac My pain gts Vy bad in both sides of my pelvic ( bones) my goin and all down my leg below my knee and my Bataks . I have no ovaries ou appetix. I'm right now in bd pain and I take.. Oxinorme 2 every 3 or 4 hours and every 12 hours Targin. Please help me Maria
