Suggest Remedy For Pain And Burning Sensation In Foot Post Hip Surgery

Hello I'm 64 year old female and had a hip replacement 6 weeks ago as a result they said my sciatic nerve was damaged and my foot has dropped I can accept that but I'm not coping with the nerve pain in my foot hot burning pins and needles on the surface of the top of my instep ankle and toes i have been prescribed tramadol during the day and valium and endone at night but the pain just will not stop do you have any suggestions that may help me please.
