Suggest Remedy For Pain And Burning Sensation In Legs

I am 77 years old and have severe burning sensation in my legs.Mostly noticeable at night. Also I believe I have a pinched sciatic nerve ,at the base of my spine.Sometimes the pain almost makes me feel as if I could fall.Thank you for any advice you could give me.Patricia Praud
