Suggest Remedy For Pain And Chest Tightness

Am actually enquiring for a friend. She has had this pain since august last year ranging from severe stabbing pains to chest tightness. Has been to Dr several times. Angina was suspected and an angiogram performed. No blockages were seen. She was told to see the cardiologist in one month. She still has the pains and becomes breathless and tires very easily. Her left breast and underarm are very painful to touch.
