Suggest Remedy For Pain And Chocked Feeling Near Throat

hi,im in my 12th week of pregnancy. i happened to take my prenatal multivitamin tablet and a few hours after which ate rice and i vomited. now i feel as if something is stuck in my upper chest near the throat and it aches every time i swallow my saliva....pls help
