Suggest Remedy For Pain And Inflammation In Ear

I have had inflammation in my left ear and it got better for a month or so now its back and aching but at the front of my ear inside and around the V are is a pea size lump and my ear feels swollen las t time I saw my doctor I had heaps of hard wax and syringed it out that wasn't long ago now my ear is annoying again and can feel the lump and its inflamed again.?
