Suggest Remedy For Pain And Itching In Buttocks After Shaving Hair

i am 33 years old, i shaved the hair around my balls since 2 weeks and after that that place start scratching and turned all red, now between the balls and my right leg is so red and if i scratch it will pain, i have been using powder jhonson for it but still there. any help please
