Suggest Remedy For Pain And Locking Of Knee Post Injury

I had hit my knee very hard earlier and it hurts at the top and I have a burning sensation in the back of my calf and my ankle. When I try to get up from a sitting position, it feels like my knee is locking and very painful. I took ibuprofen a few hours ago and it s not helping. Thank u
