Suggest Remedy For Pain And Lump On Side Of Neck

I m worried about the artery in the left side of my neck...I feel pain every day and keep feeling for lump. Sometimes I ve felt a restriction and was worried about chocking. I cannot see or feel a lump, but it is really scaring me. This has been going on for several months. I have not mentioned it to my Dr as it is o hard to describe....
