Suggest Remedy For Pain And Movement In Lower Abdomen

I am 22 years old. 324 pounds. 3 births, one miscarriage while i had i.u.d. had tubal ligation april 2010. periods always normal. since my tubal which they are only clamped, i had one late period in october 2010, i started a week late and my period has been unusually light since then. for march i started to my surprise a week early. and now i am like 3 weeks late. my cycle is usually heavy to the point where even though my tubes are tied my doc was gonna put me on mireana to help regulate, but i didnt get it. i had a ruptured ovarian cyst in may 2010. my pregnancy test have been negative, no blood test yet. but i have been having odd pains in lower abdomen that come and go, and i along with my husband, friend and cousin have felt movement in my lower abdomen. constant nausea and vomiting atleast once a day for about a week. no diahrhea or constipation. no bleeding but some clear vaginal discharge that has no odor and really no consistency. had gall bladder removed in septmeber 2009. recently have gained 11 pounds and when i went to the doc this past friday blood pressure was 171/108. please help
