Suggest Remedy For Pain And Soreness In Breast

I am having pain in the right side of the left breast but now it has spread all over the left breast along with a little pain in back also. The breast has hardened n swelled up also. It is the first time I am feeling such problem. My age is 23 years,So what are the causes for it??
