Suggest Remedy For Pain And Soreness In Penis

this morning my penis started to hurt, then when I went to the bathroom I saw inside the skin, on the head strange orange stuff so I washed it away, after few minutes it hurted n I found again orange stuff, everytime I wash it away after some minute again, and it goes on and on and on, endlessly, what is the problem, my penis really really hurts.
