Suggest Remedy For Pain And Soreness In Stomach After Sex

Hello doctor so I had sex with a new girlfriend it was protected we used multiple condoms it lastes extremely long almost a full night and day slept only a few hours..hours later coming home I felt almost like I wanted to throw up I had tough stomach pains I can feel the muscles are real sore in my stomach I had like a fever for maybe 18hours max started few hours after initial pain in abdomens. I am a very healthy young man 26 years old, I am already feeling much better now almost 2 full days after sex fevers completely gone stomach is still sore but better. I was not really sexually active before this besides masturbation it had been a while since last intercourse, so the marathon sex and just my body not being used to it I hope are the only issues. Lastly I had some diarrhea but I hope that is from the chinese food and bacon egg cheese sandwhich I had the morning after the sex with her when I left to go home the pains started 2 houra after I ate that and I don t usually eat that at all I had stopped eating bacon for a long time I eat very clean...please any feedback would be incredibly appreciated sorry if I am too candid I just wanted to be as thorough as possibpe before I hear your opinion..have a blesssed day and thankyou kindly
