Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling Above The Heel Due To Achilles Tendonitis

Yes, I have had Achilles tendonitis for the past 7-8 months now. I am 65 yrs old & do not play sports. I do not know how this came about. I have had 5 physio sessions, 3 cortisone injections, tried taking tramadol, ibuprofen etc; nothing helps. I have a swelling at the back of my ankle above the heel. It is very sore & walking is so painful. Please help me to get over this! Ash
